Friday's Rule!!! Hi-De-Hi Campers!

Friday's Rule #8
Remember to take a holiday!

A career is wonderful thing, but you can't snuggle up to it on a cold night.
-- Marilyn Monroe

We all love being Cupcakes and enjoy nothing more than performing numerous gigs each week with plenty of rehearsals in between.

But I'm going to let you into a little secret... We also love having time off too!

Some of the Cupcakes are lucky enough to be on holiday for the Summer. Whether it's a jaunt somewhere warm and exotic or a staycation catching up with family and friends, we do cherish our time off!We meet each other for coffee or girly days out just to keep up with the gossip and to take a little step back from work, this helps to remind us why we love spending time with each other.
And yes, even on our off days, we still refer to each other as Cupcake.

Of course, it's also an excuse for some very cute holiday pin-ups! Summer inspiration, 50's style!

Nice to see you, to see you.....

Parading with veterans in Glasgow

Sometimes us Cupcakes like to reminisce of all our past adventures and the lovely folks we've met along the way.

A huge part of being a Cupcake is meeting new people, spending time with them, hoping to bring a little sunshine to their day with your performances.

People who wanna have fun
Little do they know, that for us, meeting them makes the experience so much more enjoyable and memorable.

When we think back to all the lovely events we've been invited to perform at, there's always a lovely story to tell of the characters we met.

We'd be nothing without our audiences and for them, we are truly grateful for all the memories we are making!
